Customer Service Representative

Join our Customer Experience team as a Customer Service Representative. In this fast-paced role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries related to billing, payment updates, service modifications, and account setups. You will work closely with various internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and provide day-to-day support to meet company goals. This is a full-time, remote position with no travel requirements.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding billing, payment updates, service modifications, portal navigation, account setups, and cancellations.
• Resolve past-due accounts and collect payments from individual or commercial clients to maintain account standing.
• Create, track, and manage support tickets for all inbound customer communications using internal service platforms and tracking software.

• Ability to organize and prioritize work and adapt to changes quickly
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills such as telephone support skills, active listening and customer-care
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced, team-based environment
• Ability to effectively solve problems or escalate issues as needed
• Self-guided approach to learning and gaining knowledge in addition to company provided training
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• High School diploma or GED
• Strong critical thinking skills with a proven ability to analyze complex situations and execute sound solutions
• Must be able to work 10:00 am – 7:00 pm Mountain Time, Monday through Friday with occasional weekend availability
• Prior experience of Fiber/Wireless/Voice Internet Service Provider support preferred but not necessary
