Staff Product Engineer (Brand)

Join Faire, a fast-growing online wholesale marketplace, as a Staff Product Engineer in the Brand pillar. In this role, you will help teams execute on challenging features, mentor fellow engineers, and collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and marketing. You will work at the pillar level, supporting different teams as priorities shift, and will be responsible for building features across multiple stacks, optimizing web applications for performance and scalability, and overseeing complex multi-phase projects.

• A love for technology, and an insatiable curiosity for new tools to solve real problems
• Proficient in at least one of Java, Kotlin, or JavaScript
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent industry experience
• 5+ years of experience
• Familiar with HTML, CSS, Typescript, and frameworks/libraries like React, Next.js, etc
• Experience driving product improvements end to end, including deciding what problems are worth solving and how to solve them
• Comfortable in agentic coding tools
