Trainer

Join our team as a Trainer, where you will be responsible for detecting training needs, designing and implementing an annual training plan, managing external suppliers, evaluating training effectiveness, and maximizing resources for training courses. You will also prepare and coordinate an international integration program and establish goals for staff development. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the retail industry is required, along with excellent planning and communication skills, and a good command of English.

• Detect the training needs of the network and create an annual training plan tailored to employees' needs.
• Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the Training budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
• Design, implement, and monitor the Annual Training Plan to meet identified needs and comply with the proposed calendar and budget.
