Manager of Commercial Sales (DACH)

Join Netskope, a leading cloud security company, as the Manager of Commercial Sales for the DACH region. In this role, you will directly supervise sales representatives focused on the German Commercial market, develop and implement strategic sales plans, and drive exceptional client satisfaction and retention. You will also be an integral part of the sales leadership team, fostering a positive, achievement-oriented environment while supporting and maintaining the company's culture and reputation for integrity.

• Directly supervise sales representatives focused on the German Commercial market, providing hands-on coaching and support to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
• Drive consistent operational cadence and communicate effectively throughout the organization, forecast accurately, and add value in sales cycles.
• Recruit, train, retain, and motivate sales teams, ensuring they have the right activity level to deliver the expected results.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, retain, and motivate sales teams
• Resides in the targeted geography w/local relationships
• Verifiable track record of exceeding quota
• Good working experience with key local re-sellers, national partners, and experience establishing and fostering strong Channel Partner relationships,
• 10+ years experience working within a Sales organisation
• Successful track record selling security and networking technologies including network security technologies such as Proxies, Next Generation Firewalls, SSL/IPSec, VPN’s, SSO, DLP and Encryption gateway to the Fortune 2,000
• 3+ years sales leadership experience,
• Travel 25%-50% within region
• Education: Bachelor Degree
