GA & OTC Team Manager

You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support the development of a high-performing team. This role requires strong people leadership, accounting knowledge, stakeholder management, and process improvement capabilities within an international environment.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of accounting professionals responsible for General Accounting (GA) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with Finance teams, business units, auditors, and external partners.
