Data Analyst (6 Month FTC)

Join our client's team in Central London as a Senior Data Analyst. In this client-facing role, you will drive data-informed decision-making through advanced A/B testing, statistical analysis, and enterprise-level business intelligence solutions. You will design, implement, and analyze A/B tests, present findings to stakeholders, and optimize semantic data models in Power BI. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement best practices in data governance, and act as a trusted advisor on data analytics matters.

• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to measure product and feature performance, applying statistical methods to ensure test validity.
• Develop and maintain high-performance Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets, and optimize semantic data models for self-service analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions, ensuring seamless integration between data sources and BI models.
• Python for data analysis and automation (pandas, numpy, scipy, etc.)
• Data Engineering Knowledge: Familiarity with ETL processes, data integration tools, and modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks)
• Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills; fluent English (written and verbal)
• Power BI Expertise: 3+ years developing enterprise-level dashboards and semantic data models
• Data Visualization: Proven ability to transform complex data into clear, compelling visual narratives
• Working Style: Demonstrated autonomy, initiative, and ability to work independently in client environments
• Statistical Analysis: Strong capability in experimental design, A/B testing methodologies, and statistical inference
• Advanced SQL for complex queries and data manipulation
