About The Role
Join CoreWeave, a rapidly growing company focused on building the next generation public cloud for accelerated workloads. As the Chief of Staff, you will provide direct support to the VP of Engineering, AI/ML, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities and enabling the VP to focus on strategic priorities. This role requires a detail-oriented, experienced assistant or project manager with a strong familiarity with product and engineering organizations.

- The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, experienced assistant or project manager with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility, composure and a good sense of humor
- The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
- The ideal candidate must be able to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group
- Demonstrated experience building and managing operating cadences, executive agendas, and cross-functional coordination

- 6+ years of experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, program management, product operations, engineering operations, management consulting, or equivalent
- Strong familiarity with product and engineering organizations, ideally within cloud infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, or high-growth technology companies
- High degree of discretion, judgment, and professionalism when working with senior leaders and sensitive information
- Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of capturing decisions, managing action items, and ensuring follow-through
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments, with a bias toward action and results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex technical and business topics for executive audiences
- Proven ability to track, report, and drive execution against OKRs or similar performance frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline); advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus
