About The Role
Join ZigZag, an award-winning eCommerce returns and post-purchase specialist. As a Freelance Operations Lead, you will oversee the France operations during the temporary leave of the Director of Operations. Your responsibilities will include operational steering of the France Ops team, facilitating the CRM unification project, ensuring data governance, and steering the growth operations. This part-time, remote position is ideal for experienced operations professionals with a background in B2B SaaS.
- Operational steering of the France Ops team, including running existing bi-weekly sprint cadence and delivering business debriefs.
- Facilitating the France workstream of the HubSpot unification project and acting as the France counterpart in alignment work with the UK team.
- Steering the growth roadmap and arbitrating what gets built, with hands-on command of the stack to keep campaigns running.
