Head of Final Assembly Operations - Safran Seats Dubai

Join Safran Seats, a leading player in the aerospace industry, as the Head of Final Assembly Operations. In this key role, you will be responsible for the performance and continuous improvement of all assembly production lines for aircraft seats. You will lead a large production team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, oversee and improve final assembly processes, monitor performance metrics, ensure effective customer communication, manage the Training School, and ensure operational compliance with aerospace regulations. A Master's in Engineering/Manufacturing is preferred, along with demonstrated experience in leading assembly or production teams within aerospace or a similarly regulated industry.

• Manage all aspects of the final assembly of aircraft seats, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery targets.
• Lead, develop, and motivate a large production team, fostering a high-performance culture.
