Caseworker - Employment Specialist

As an Employment Specialist, you will support individuals with barriers to employment in Southwark, helping them find and maintain paid work. This community-facing role requires a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, as well as strong organizational and relationship-building skills.

• Hold a caseload of up to 25 participants, delivering person-centred, strengths-based support and guiding them through the full employment journey.
• Spend the majority of your time working in the community, building and maintaining referral relationships with local organizations and representing Beam at community events.
• Build and maintain relationships with local employers to identify suitable job opportunities and support inclusive recruitment practices.
