Service Delivery Manager

Join NTT DATA, a leading global technology services provider, as a Service Delivery Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overall contract management, client satisfaction, service delivery, and contract profitability for assigned client contracts. You will act as the primary interface between the client and the organization, manage service governance, and identify trends and areas of improvement in service delivery. This is a hybrid working position.

• Act as the primary interface managing the services relationship between the client and the organization, ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Take responsibility for overall contract management for medium to large complex client contracts, including operations performance and service improvement plans.
• Identify trends and areas of improvement in service delivery, communicate this information to regional and global stakeholders, and lead initiatives to enhance service quality.
