Investment Specialist (Analyst) - Private Debt - Paris

Join TKO, a leading investment firm, as an Investment Specialist focusing on Private Debt. In this role, you will be a key driver of fundraising activities, collaborating with various functions of the firm and ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of all outputs. You will also participate in the creation and enhancement of marketing materials, supervise the analysis of fund and portfolio data, and actively monitor industry trends. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Finance, 2-3 years of experience in a financial institution or consulting field, and fluency in English and French.

• Participer aux activités quotidiennes de l'équipe d'Investment Specialist en Private Debt, en garantissant la livraison de tous les résultats dans les délais et de haute qualité.
• Diriger la préparation, la révision et la soumission des réponses aux demandes des clients et des prospects, en collaborant étroitement avec les différentes fonctions de l'entreprise.
• Superviser l'analyse, la compilation et l'interprétation des données de fonds et de portefeuille pour une utilisation dans le marketing, les rapports aux investisseurs et la diligence raisonnable quantitative.

**Profile**

• Master’s degree with a major in Finance (or relevant related discipline) from a business school or university
• Proven professional experience (2-3 years) in a financial institution or in the consulting field with a knowledge of Private Credit / Special Situations
• Committed, highly motivated, curious, and proactive
• Well-structured with an analytical mind, and can present concepts and ideas clearly
• Attention to detail, precision and accuracy are critical requirements of the role
• Candidate needs to show high interest in and agility with AI tools
• PowerPoint and advanced Excel are required, programming and data management beneficial
• Fluent in English and French
