Broker Partner Manager - PST

Join HiBob, a rapidly growing HR tech company, as a Broker Partner Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and growing broker partnerships, driving revenue through partner referrals and deal influence. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of the company as we accelerate our product, technology, AI, and innovation roadmap. The base salary for this role ranges from $136,000 to $170,000 per year, with a 30% variable compensation component based on achieving revenue targets.

• Recruit and grow broker partnerships while driving revenue through partner referrals and deal influence.
• Manage partner leads throughout the entire deal cycle, from lead submission to closed won, and own a revenue target.
• Independently lead external client or partner conversations with executives, and broker a Channel partner book of business from scratch.

• **Must be physically located in PST.**
• 3+ years of Partner management experience at a high growth SaaS company, or Broker partner.
• HR tech, payroll, benefits, or broker-channel experience preferred.
• Experience managing partner leads throughout the entire deal cycle (from lead submission to closed won) and owning a revenue target
• Comfortable with ambiguity and broker a Channel partner book of business from scratch (not just managing an existing one)
• Capable of independently leading external client or partner conversations with executives
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes less structured, and entrepreneurial environment
