About The Role
Join Beyond, a fast-growing SaaS company, as a Product Manager. In this role, you will own and grow the Engagement Team, focusing on improving adoption, retention, and time to value. You will partner closely with engineering, product design, and data analytics, and drive the roadmap for our AI assistant and MCP product. This is an individual contributor role that offers unlimited paid time off, equity options, and a professional development budget.
- This role is best for someone who enjoys taking an existing product that already works, finding the highest impact opportunities, and making it meaningfully better for a broader set of users
- Agile: You are comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the fast pace and creativity of a scaling SaaS environment
- A team player: You are collaborative, humble, and an effective communicator who thrives on teamwork and transparency
- Intellectually curious and growth-minded: You are always learning and pushing yourself and others to improve
- Results-driven: You orient around customer outcomes and rigorous measurement, understanding what you did, what it accomplished, and what you learned!
- Tech forward: You are passionate about cutting-edge technology and experimentation
- AI forward: You are excited to apply GenAI to real product problems and have a point of view on where it adds value and where it doesn't
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally on technical, data-rich, or model-driven products
- Strong cross-functional execution skills; you can align partners and keep work moving
- Dynamic pricing experience, with a strong preference for short-term rental, hotel, airline, or broader travel and hospitality
- Strong analytical mindset; you can interpret product and pricing data, identify patterns, and connect work to business outcomes
- An AI-forward mindset; you don't need deep GenAI build experience, but you should be eager to apply it and have a clear sense of where it helps

- Experience in Start-up & SaaS environment
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with revenue management, data science, and engineering on quantitative products
