• Identifying customer problems and opportunities, building and shipping solutions, and learning from the outcomes.
• Prototyping ideas and creating complete customer experiences on the agentic platform, often through prompts, tools, and configuration.
• Designing evaluations that define what good looks like for the experience, using them to inform iteration and as a key part of the release decision.
