GTM Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a founding GTM role at an early-stage AI infrastructure company building the platform for RL environment creation, evaluation, and post-training data. You will own the full outbound pipeline and work directly with the founders to build a GTM playbook from scratch, targeting a highly technical buyer audience of ML engineers, AI researchers, and engineering leaders.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the end-to-end outbound pipeline, covering targeting, enrichment, outreach, follow-up, and meeting booking.
• Build and maintain GTM workflows including outbound email sequencing, CRM automation, lead scoring, and custom tooling.
• Use AI tools aggressively to multiply output through automated scrapers, workflow automation, and internal tooling.
• Develop and iterate on messaging that resonates with ML engineers, AI researchers, and engineering leaders.
• Quickly learn prospect businesses and industries to understand pain points and articulate product value.
• Track pipeline metrics and optimize conversion at every stage of the funnel.
• Collaborate with founders to define and refine the GTM playbook as the company scales.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 2 years of relevant GTM or commercial experience with measurable results and a track record of closing deals.
• Strong technical foundation from a CS or engineering background, or extensive hands-on coding and technical project experience.
• Proven ability to engage in substantive technical conversations with ML engineers, AI researchers, and engineering leaders.
• Experience building and maintaining GTM workflows, including outbound sequencing, CRM automation, lead scoring, and custom tooling.
• Hands-on experience with GTM tools such as Clay, Apollo, or similar outbound automation platforms.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance and scale GTM output.
• Experience selling developer tools, infrastructure, or ML/AI products to technical buyers.
• Familiarity with Reinforcement Learning concepts, including environments, evals, and benchmarks, is a strong plus.
• Early-stage startup experience and comfort operating independently without predefined playbooks.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

LOCATION

On-site in Singapore. Candidates must be willing to work from the Singapore office.
