About The Role

CMS Construction Management Solutions Oy is looking for an experienced **EIC Supervisor** for our client's industrial project in Northern Slovakia.

As an EIC Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical, instrumentation and control-related activities at site. You will work closely with contractors, other technical disciplines and the project team to support the safe, high-quality and efficient execution of the works.

**Your responsibilities include**

  • supervising and coordinating electrical, instrumentation and control-related works at site
  • monitoring the progress and quality of installation works
  • ensuring that works are carried out in accordance with project requirements, drawings and instructions
  • coordinating contractors and other project parties within your area of responsibility
  • supporting inspections, testing and commissioning activities
  • following up on technical issues, deviations and outstanding works
  • supporting the completion and follow-up of required site and quality documentation
  • coordinating activities and interfaces with other technical disciplines
  • monitoring progress and reporting on site activities
  • ensuring safe working practices within your area of responsibility

**We are looking for**

  • relevant technical education in electrical engineering, automation, instrumentation or a related field
  • previous experience in similar supervisory roles involving electrical, instrumentation and/or control works in industrial projects
  • good understanding of industrial installation and site activities within your area of expertise
  • ability to read and understand relevant technical drawings and project documentation
  • good IT and reporting skills
  • fluent English skills
  • Accommodation and project-related travel can be arranged by CMS as agreed.
  • **Location:** Northern Slovakia
  • **Start:** September–October 2026
  • **Estimated duration:** approximately 6 months
