Contract Admin / Site Cost Controller

CMS Construction Management Solutions Oy is looking for an experienced **Contract Admin / Site Cost Controller** for our client's industrial project in Gothenburg area, Sweden.

In this role, you will work as part of the site project organization and support the project through contract administration, cost and schedule monitoring, reporting and change management. You will work closely with site management, procurement and other project parties to support effective project control and execution.

**Your responsibilities include**

• monitoring site costs and schedules and reporting progress to site management
• preparing cost, schedule and other project control reports
• supporting contract administration and cost control activities
• managing and following up on changes, deviations and their cost impacts
• supporting claims and contract change management
• participating in site procurement activities
• maintaining and updating relevant project documentation
• coordinating information between site management, project functions, suppliers and other stakeholders

**We are looking for**

• previous experience in similar contract administration, cost control or project control roles in industrial or construction projects
• good understanding of cost tracking, reporting and project financial follow-up
• experience or understanding of contract and change management
• good organizational and communication skills
• good IT and reporting skills
• fluent English skills

• Experience in site-based industrial projects and procurement-related activities is considered an advantage.
• Accommodation and project-related travel can be arranged by CMS as agreed.
• A valid right to work in Sweden is required.
