• What will you do?

• Independently prepare dishes according to our menu.
• Monitor hygiene and HACCP standards.
• Work together with a passionate team and support colleagues during busy periods.
• Manage and check stock and orders.
• Supervise and guide kitchen assistants.
• Prepare ingredients independently.
• Apply basic cooking techniques.
• Provide input regarding the composition and modification of menus, dishes and cooking methods.
• Be responsible for stock and ordering management.
• Provide professional guidance and technical supervision to kitchen assistants.

Who are we looking for?

• You are able to work independently but can also work well as part of a team.
• You are passionate, creative and have an eye for detail.
• You are flexible and able to work well under pressure, including during busy periods.
• You have a good understanding of hygiene regulations and food safety.
• MBO Level 3 or equivalent.
• Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
