Field Mechanic

About The Role
- Support the mechanical needs of projects throughout the greater Ohio area
- Perform diagnostic, trouble shooting and repair on a variety of heavy construction equipment
- Make equipment deliveries to projects as needed
- Be willing to travel and work weekends
- Commitment to following safe work practices
- Pass pre-employment testing and physical
- Believe in Continuous Improvement and Leadership programs
- Provide superior service to company and customer employees
- Possess basic tools of the trade
- Have a valid CDL class A in good standing
- Have working knowledge of automotive, diesel, hydraulics and electrical components
- Prior experience repairing heavy duty construction equipment
- An open mind towards new processes and systems
- An innate belief in doing things the right way
- A winning attitude, supportive personality traits, and objective mindset.
