Staff Structural Detailer

• This position is responsible for providing a full range of drawing production work for a specific discipline .
• Produce complete plans from limited verbal or written description from registered professional .
• Individual demonstrates independent decision making skills in drawing production and project execution.
• Person is active in project CAD leadership activities.
• Promotes teamwork and cooperation skills.
• Ability to coordinate CAD deliverables and successfully correspond with clients or outside personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.

Extensive Revit MEP experience

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in drafting technology.
• Minimum of 8 years previous drafting experience .
• Related consulting experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member.
• Maintain CAD proficiency and master current CAD systems.
• Effectively use multiple application packages where necessary, including advanced level commands.
• Shows understanding of advanced application development and use.
