**Salary: R23 000 – R25 000 per month**

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Appointment Setter for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will book qualified meetings into a UK sales team’s diary, every working day.

**Role overview**

You'll work outbound lists and inbound enquiries, open the conversation, qualify against a simple set of criteria, and get the meeting in the calendar. Your success is measured in booked, held appointments — not dials.

**Key responsibilities**

Contact prospects by phone, email and LinkedIn to book meetings
Qualify prospects against agreed criteria before booking
Keep the CRM current with notes, outcomes and next steps
Confirm and remind attendees to protect show-up rates
Hit weekly booked-meeting targets

**What you'll need**

Experience in outbound calling, appointment setting or telesales
Confident, natural phone manner and resilience with rejection
Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce
Organised diary management and accurate note-taking
A quiet home workspace and stable fibre connection

**Nice to have**

Experience selling into UK or US markets
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Experience with sales cadence tools such as Outreach or Apollo

09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST), Monday to Friday
