W Hong Kong is hiring a B&F Assistant Manager - Sales & Projects.

Job Descriptions

Responsible to generate B&F revenue to WOOBAR & KITCHEN where appropriate through various sales activities to pitch for business through multiple channels including corporate, travel agents, event organizers and individual B&F patrons. Develop action plans and deploy actions to achieve sales target under the guidance and supervision of Director of Beverage & Food. Patrol and network with restaurant diners during meal periods (lunch and dinner) and collect feedback and build relationships with customers to ensure return business.

Candidate with less experience will be considered as B&F Sales Executive.

Job Requirements

• Experience - 5 years of work experience in related positions
• Education - Bachelor degree in hospitality or relevant discipline
• Language skills - Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Technical/ functional competencies - Proficiency in Opera & POS system is a plus
