Director - Energy Management (m/f/d)

You will lead and shape a newly scaled Energy Management organization across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, ensuring strong commercial and operational impact In this role you will define and steer the regional energy procurement strategy, balancing risk and reward while ensuring disciplined and transparent decision‑making You shall take responsibility for supporting operational optimization of energy consumption, including technical load‑management opportunities, flexibility technologies and the interface between commercial strategy and plant operations You are the key driver of governance through RBU Energy Boards, guaranteeing alignment on strategic parameters and enabling high‑quality decisions with regional decision‑responsible individuals Additionally, you will deliver significant productivity contributions and oversee large‑scale energy purchase decisions within agreed strategic cornerstones Furthermore, you will build senior capability in a high‑performing team, ensuring technical excellence, commercial discipline and strong collaboration across regions
