Tasks Oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of stage engineering and audiovisual installations. Monitor progress of construction activities, maintaining quality control and reporting any deviations from the project timeline to senior management. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with local regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deadlines. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in stage engineering or theater design projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate on-site teams effectively. Proficiency in project management software and tools, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
