About Migelino Migelino is a Swiss-US online hearing healthcare company offering high-quality hearing solutions and hearing aids at fair prices. Through our telehealth platform, we distribute hearing aids from renowned brand manufacturers and provide comprehensive care for our customers. Our model is already well-established in the Swiss market, and we've expanded into the US. We're looking for a versatile, reliable team member to support our small team at a dynamic startup. Tasks The Role This is an in-office, part-time position at 16 hours per week, worked across 2 fixed days (Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday) at our Port St. Lucie office. Flexible work schedules will be considered for the right candidate. Responsibilities are varied and will shift somewhat based on business needs, but generally include: Shipping & Fulfillment: Pack, label, and ship customer orders of hearing aids and accessories; manage inventory and incoming/outgoing packages on-site. Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers facing issues (defects, troubleshooting, etc.). Fitting Support: Assist the licensed provider in preparing for and coordinating customer’s hearing aid fittings (device prep, scheduling, documentation, and follow-up logistics). Repairs: Coordinate repairs with manufacturers and assist with minor repairs directly. Administration: Support administrative tasks as needed: purchasing, accounts receivable, communication with ENT specialists, and similar work. Business Development: As a startup, we're constantly evolving. Your ideas and initiative in helping drive Migelino's growth are welcome. Requirements Qualifications Affinity for digital tools and comfort working in a startup environment Willingness to learn about hearing aids, hearing acoustics, and our online care model.
