Your goal: build and maintain a resilient Book of Business by managing daily shipments and fostering strong client relationships. What We’re Looking For:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.2+ years of experience in transportation sales or a similar <field.Drive> & Determination: Be hungry for success with a strong sense of urgency and discipline.Coachable & Motivated: Willingness to learn and adapt.Strong Negotiator: Able to handle conflicts with professionalism and tact.Customer-Centric: Passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.Organized & Focused: Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
