Job Responsibilities

The Private Markets Tax Co-op will assist the team with the following

  • Gathering and organizing supporting information for 2026 tax filings
  • Maintaining internal trackers for tax forms, notices and tax payments
  • Preparing and/or reviewing tax forms, such as Forms W-9, W-8IMY,1099-Misc, 8832, etc.
  • Reviewing Schedules K-1 and Forms 1042
  • Coordinating with different departments within the firm for various tax-related tasks
  • Other ad hoc requests for the tax team as needed

Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented, conscientious and energetic professional with ability to think creatively
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work under deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with capacity to interact with outside parties and personnel across all levels of the firm
  • Dedicated team player with strong sense of ownership and follow through skills
  • Proficiency in Excel preferred

Compensation

Expected Hourly Rate of Pay $24.00 – $26.00

Actual hourly rate of pay will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to role, function, level, experience, qualifications and geographic location.
