This position is hybrid and located in Budapest.This role support Invoice & Query management for Latin America and Payment execution for all American regions and EMEA.What You Will DoCreate, test and run reports to ensure that the team works in accordance with the compliance requirements and recognizes possible compliance failuresSupport process standardizationSupport on-boardingLead or support projects as necessaryRespect compliance procedures and aid upon audit or managerial requestSupport job transition and continuous improvement activitiesManage compliance issues on a structural levelPrepare and distribute ad-hoc and recurring reportsCollaborate with other departments and support information sharingBe able to represent the team and protect its interest if the team leader is not availableManage escalationsAllocate/re-allocate tasks while taking the individual workload into account aligned with the department’s targetsMonitor if the team is on track with the day-to-day operationsOversee the quality of the work and report to the Team Leader in case of any issuesPromote team spiritAct as a role model in the team in issue handling, precision, pro-activenessFollow-up with end-users to ensure timely posting of due itemsActive participation in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activitiesResolve escalated issues on timely manner and perform root cause analysisMaintain back-up structure and act as a backup for the TLTake part of updating the work instructions - raise awareness about changesSupport department projects and initiativesMaintain daily operative measures to deliver world class serviceBeing the first point of contact for key stakeholders, building a strong collaborative relationship with themCarry out regular operational reviews with stakeholdersMaintaining full and timely transparency on customer issues and backlogs, escalationsAssure that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively participate on the teamWhat You BringRequired:College or university degree5+ years of experience in RTP (preferably at least 1 year with Albemarle)Advanced communication level in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)Full understanding of compliance matters related to RTP processesFull understanding of the RTP processes and their connections within the SSCExcellent judgment and decision-making skillsExcellent problem-solving skillsStrong analytical and interpersonal skillsDeep understanding of the different systems used by RTPExcellent time management and organizational skillsExcellent reporting and presentation skillsExcellent risk management skillsAbility to work independentlyTraining and development skillsCritical & analytical thinkingPresence, Self-awareness, Resourcefulness, Innovative approach, Self-motivationAbility to handle and coordinate 10+ people and different S2P processes among different S2P regionsAbility to lead x-functional related issue resolution and root cause analysis.Preferred:ECDL certification or equivalent qualificationLean 6sigma - Yellow belt#LI-SZ1Benefits of Joining AlbemarleCompetitive compensationComprehensive benefits packageA diverse array of resources to support you professionally and personally.Choose to unlock your full POTENTIAL.
