R&D Scientist

The role

As a R&D Scientist, you will help drive our goals by

• Safe working in accordance with Johnson Matthey health and safety policy and procedures. Performs safety, COSHH and risk assessments of all chemical processes
• Ensure awareness of control measures against the significant environmental aspects and OH&S hazards related to own area of work
• Ensure that the requirements of Integrated Management System related to own area of work is implemented
• To attain/increase heterogeneous/homogeneous catalyst sales target
• To provide technical services in accordance with client specifications and works with clients to address technical issues

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role

• Diploma/Degree: PhD Chemistry
• No. of years of relevant experience: 2-3 Years
• Responsible for identification, development, synthesis, full characterization, and evaluation of new and existing supported catalysts
