Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategic In-House Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our hiring efforts and collaborate with the CHRO on global recruitment strategies. Based in our Bangalore office, you will manage the recruitment process end-to-end, mentor the Recruitment Associate(s), and drive initiatives to attract top talent aligned with Laundryheap’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global recruitment strategies in partnership with the CHRO to support company growth.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
  • Lead the recruitment team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to the Recruitment Associate and other team members.
  • Partner with HR Manager operations to understand their hiring needs and deliver effective talent solutions.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position Laundryheap as a top choice for talent globally.
  • Build and maintain a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline for current and future needs.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, recruitment technologies, and innovative hiring practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a team manager role.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing recruitment strategies for global or multi-region teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Expertise in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), assessment modules and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse recruitment metrics adjust strategies as needed and communicate the same with the departments promptly manner effectively.
  • Experience in employer branding and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
