About The Role

What will be your key responsibilities?

Provide for a Safe Workplace

  • All PPE must be worn in compliance with the Legal/RC requirements

  • Comply and apply the non-conformities procedure (DQM)
  • Key person to connect between other functions and internal Supply Chain team to ensure smooth communication and action plan

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Master Data Management:
  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of market product data elements in system.

  • Serve as liaison with other departments and assemble master data input information from key stakeholders.

  • Raise tickets and resolve data issues by working with relevant stakeholders to ensure data integrity.

  • Product Deployment:
  • Ensure perfect execution on new product development and product change management in coordination with Marketing, Supply chain, Regulatory and, etc.
  • Data Quality and Governance:
  • Ensure the data accuracy, consistency and completeness of the product library, by performing regular data quality checks and audits to identify and correct data discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and maintain data standards and guidelines.

  • System and Process Improvement:
  • Participate in system upgrades and implementations to ensure data is migrated and integrated correctly.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in master data management.
  • Work with other departments to develop and enhance data management tools and processes.
  • Training and Support:
  • Develop and update the documentation of market MDM processes.
  • Provide training and support to users on master data processes and tools.

What are we looking for?

  • Associate degree or above. Computer science is a plus.
  • Over 3 years’ experience in ERP operation or supply chain management.
  • Good skill for excel operation.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Digital Tooling including Power BI is a plus.
