Executive - Maintenance

• JOB DESCRIPTION – MECHANICAL ENGINEER
• A. Mechanical Maintenance

• Carry out preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment.
• Ensure maximum availability and reliability of plant machinery and utilities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and identify root causes.
• Attend equipment breakdowns and restore machines within minimum possible time.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, breakdowns and equipment history.

B. Equipment & Machinery

• Handle maintenance of pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, motors, valves, hydraulic/pneumatic systems and other mechanical equipment.

Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

• Prepare and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Monitor MTBF, MTTR and equipment availability.
• Identify recurring breakdowns and implement permanent corrective measures.
• Support vibration analysis, thermography, lubrication analysis and other predictive maintenance activities.
• Develop equipment checklists and maintain.
