Responsibilities

• Develop Digital Technology Projects in O365 environment (power BI, copilot, etc)
• Documentation of the SDLC documents.
• Perform day to day operations to understand the working processes.
• Participate in employee engagement activities for the company.

Requirements

• Web programming knowledge (Aspx, Python, etc) OR
• VBA programming knowledge
• Familiar with MS 365 applications, in particular Sharepoint, Power BI, Power Automate and Microsoft forms.

Learning Outcome

• Ability to implement digitalization and automation of workflows
• Appreciation of processes in various departments, including operations
• Exposure to Aerospace MRO Industry, Engine Center / Component Repair / Manufacturing
• Learning continuous improvement tools (CORE - Customer Oriented Results & Excellence)
