Technology Transformation Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking a Managing Consultant with approximately 5-8 years of consulting experience in technology strategy, specifically across cloud transformation, data strategy, and AI-driven business solutions . This role requires a blend of technology expertise, industry understanding, strategic problem-solving, and financial acumen to help clients define, shape, and execute their digital transformation agendas. Ideal candidates will have experience with leading consulting firms such as Accenture, IBM, Deloitte, KPMG, EY , or similar organizations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement & Delivery

• Lead and deliver consulting engagements focused on cloud strategy, data modernization, AI/ML adoption, and enterprise technology transformation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating technology capabilities into business value.
• Develop business cases, operating models, transformation roadmaps, and executive-level presentations.

1. Technology Strategy & Solutioning

• Assess current technology landscapes and design future-state architectures.
• Develop strategies across cloud platforms ( AWS, Azure, GCP ), data ecosystems, and AI operationalization frameworks.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies, governance models, and cost structures.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with business objectives.

1. Financial & Commercial Acumen

• Build business cases for technology investments.
• Conduct TCO/ROI analysis, cost modeling, and benefit realization planning.
• Support proposal development, pricing, and commercial structuring for consulting engagements.

1. Practice Development & Leadership

• Contribute to thought leadership and methodology development in cloud, data, and AI.
• Support business development through proposals, client workshops, and industry events.
• Help build internal consulting capabilities and best practices.

Requirements

Preferred Skills

• Experience in technology consulting.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP), data, or AI certifications are advantageous.
• Experience working in agile delivery environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
