About The Role
- 品牌广告管理：
- 1.负责村行品牌建设，开展各类品牌推广活动，组织实施宣传及公益活动;
- 2.负责村行广告投放，制定广告策划方案、定期广告更新，评估广告投放效果;
- 3.负责微信公众号、视频号、抖音等新媒体运营管理。
- 文化活动管理：
- 1.管理并发布村行新闻动态，挖掘报道典型事迹;
- 2.负责企业文化宣导，营造积极正向的团队文化氛围;
- 3.负责企业文化建设，策划内部文化活动方案，并协调落实。
- 1.本科及以上学历，新媒体运营、行政管理、广告学等新媒体相关专业优先考虑;
- 2.熟练掌握新媒体技能，有较强的文字功底和写作能力，熟悉文案创作、办公自动化操作，具有较强的沟通协调能力;
- 3.一年以上相关工作经验，优秀者可考虑应届毕业生；
- 4.有报社或电视台等媒体相关工作经验者优先。
