Position Summary

MF Professional Services, Inc. (MFPS) is seeking a Campaigns & Programs National Fellow to support national campaign and program initiatives for Mi Familia Vota/Mi Familia en Acción (MFV/MFA). This fellowship provides hands-on experience in nonprofit advocacy, civic engagement, organizing, and national program operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of national campaigns and programs.
• Assist with research, data tracking, reporting, and preparation of program materials.
• Coordinate with national and state teams on projects, events, and campaign activities.
• Support meetings, trainings, presentations, and other program initiatives.
• Assist with administrative and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in civic engagement, advocacy, organizing, or nonprofit work.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams across multiple states.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar tools.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
