About The Role

  1. 负责棉纺织类产品工艺技术文件的编制、评审、发布及变更控制；
  2. 参与新产品开发全流程，主导新产品质量策划（APQP）及试产验证；
  3. 推进产品工艺标准化建设，持续优化工艺参数、作业指导书及检验标准；
  4. 协同研发、生产、质量及供应链部门，解决量产过程中的工艺与质量问题。
  5. 本科及以上学历，纺织工程、轻化工程、材料科学与工程等相关专业优先；
  6. 有棉纺织类产品的工艺技术或质量策划相关实习经验优先；
  7. 熟练使用CAD、Excel等办公及制图软件，具备基础数据分析能力；
  8. 熟悉GB/T、FZ/T等纺织行业标准及ISO 9001质量管理体系要求。
