About The Role

  1. 负责棉类纺织品（含纱线、坯布、成品面料）来料检验、过程巡检及出厂终检，依据国标、行标及客户标准执行质量判定；
  2. 参与新原料（新疆棉等）导入的质量验证，编制检验规范、测试方案并输出验证报告；
  3. 主导生产异常质量问题的根因分析（如色差、强力不足、杂质超标），推动跨部门制定纠正预防措施（CAPA）并跟踪闭环；
  4. 维护质量管理体系文件，配合内外部审核，确保ISO 9001条款符合性及客户验厂通过率。
  5. 本科及以上学历，纺织工程、轻化工程、非织造材料与工程等相关专业优先；
  6. 1年以上纺织行业质量管理工作经验，熟悉棉类原料特性、常见疵点成因及检验方法（如HVI、USTER、AATCC测试）；
  7. 具备基础数据分析能力（能运用Excel进行柏拉图、趋势图分析），掌握QC七大工具及8D问题解决流程；
  8. 熟练使用办公软件，具备质量管理系统（QMS）或ERP质量模块操作经验者优先。
