About The Role
- 岗位职责
- 开展晶圆厂常用关键工艺材料技术评估和验证。
- 主导国产材料导入验证：设计试验方案，完成试跑、工艺、电性及可靠性验证，推进国产化落地。
- 负责量产材料性能优化，分析材料导致的缺陷、工艺漂移，协同供应商改善，提升良率、控制材料成本。
- 开展新材料预研评估，联动工艺、设备、采购、供应商，输出规格、验证SOP，完成项目评审与资料归档。
- 任职要求
- 硕士学历，材料物理、物理化学、高分子材料等材料大专业类，3‑5年相关工作经历，
- 可独立设计验证实验、解析数据，具备国产化项目推进、跨部门及供应商对接能力。
