About The Role

  • 1.负责车载功率产品（如OBC、DCDC转换器等）中磁性元器件的设计与生产支持；
  • 2.制定磁性元件的规格书及测试规范；
  • 3.熟悉功率磁性器件的损耗机制与散热原理，能够优化磁件的热设计；
  • 4.能根据电路拓扑（如BOOST PFC、LLC、PSFB、Flyback等）或电压/电流参数，独立完成电感或变压器的设计；
  • 5.了解磁性元件相关制造工艺，能够在设计中充分考虑供应商的制造成本；
  • 6.掌握磁性器件的基本电气参数测试方法；
  • 7.能使用仿真软件（如MAXWELL）进行磁性元件的仿真分析。
  • 1.电子工程或相关专业，本科及以上学历；
  • 2.熟悉功率铁氧体、粉芯类磁性材料的特性，并能根据应用场景合理选材；
  • 3.具备8年以上相关工作经验，熟悉汽车电子V字型研发流程；
  • 4.理解电力电子产品的工作原理，具备良好的学习能力与技术钻研精神。
