Job Summary
We are looking for a commercially driven professional – Tourism Partnerships & Revenue to build and scale a new revenue stream for TripJack through partnerships with Tourism Boards, DMOs, hotel groups, airlines, attractions, DMCs, and travel ecosystem partners. The role will focus on bringing external marketing and promotional spends onto the TripJack platform by identifying opportunities, pitching partnership solutions, negotiating commercial deals, and managing relationships end-to-end. This is a revenue-focused role with ownership of building the pipeline, closing partnerships, executing campaigns, and growing a sizeable book of business across digital campaigns, destination promotions, agent engagement, webinars, roadshows, TripTalks, and trade activations.
Job Responsibilities
Revenue Generation
- Own an annual revenue target from tourism boards, destinations, hotels and other travel ecosystem partners.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential partners and marketing spends.
- Identify marketing budgets available with international and domestic tourism boards, hotel groups, airlines, attractions and other travel brands.
- Pitch TripJack as a platform through which partners can reach and influence India's travel-agent ecosystem.
- Convert opportunities into paid partnerships and campaigns.
- Negotiate campaign values, commercials, deliverables and partnership agreements.
- Grow average deal sizes and develop multi-quarter / annual partnerships rather than only one-off campaigns.
- Drive renewals and increase wallet share from existing partners.
Tourism Board & Destination Partnerships
Build commercial relationships with
- International tourism boards and tourism authorities

Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs)
- Convention and visitor bureaus

Build & Sell TripJack's Partnership Solutions

Develop larger 360-degree campaigns combining digital visibility, destination education, agent engagement, incentives and offline activations to create stronger propositions and larger commercial opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7–12 years of experience in revenue generation, business development, advertising/media sales, partnerships, tourism marketing or strategic alliances.
- Strong preference for candidates from travel, tourism, hospitality, OTA, travel media, airline, DMC or destination-marketing backgrounds.
- Existing relationships with tourism boards, hotel groups and travel brands would be a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated track record of personally owning and closing commercial deals.
- Ability to identify budgets and navigate organisations to reach decision-makers.
- Strong pitching, storytelling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to convert a partner's marketing objective into a commercial proposition.
- Comfortable engaging with CXOs, tourism-board leadership, senior marketing professionals and government stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the Indian travel and travel-agent ecosystem.
- Commercially sharp and highly target-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently and building a business from the ground up.
- Willing to travel for partner meetings, roadshows, events and industry forums.
