Sales Officer (under Mitsubishi Motors Finance Philippines)

About the Role As Sales Officer, you will be part of the new SBC Affiliate– a joint venture between Security Bank Corporation, a leading universal bank in the Philippines and Mitsubishi Motors Corporation, a global automobile company based in Japan! You will be responsible for monitoring all turn-ins being endorsed by the dealer partners through the Dealer Coordinators under their area of assignment. This also includes managing relationships with partner dealers, working with sales/marketing assistants to ensure all booking documents have no deficiencies, and monitoring the sales performance of the DCs. How you'll contribute Ensure that each Dealer Coordinator achieves their sales target Ensures all turn-ins are being closely monitored and the dealer partners are being provided with status on a timely basis Ensures the completion of the documentary requirements needed for booking Builds and maintains a good business relationship with the handled dealers What we’re looking for Must have at least 2 – 4 years of sales-related experience, preferably also from the automotive or auto finance industry Has good leadership and teamwork skills Excellent relationship management skills, including negotiation and presentation skills Proficient in MS Office applications
