About The Role
- 1.负责受理、跟进处理理赔相关事项、落实客户理赔服务；开展理赔案件调查，理赔类投诉处理，落实反欺诈制度要求；
- 2.理赔、投诉等档案的定期整理；开展案件纠纷沟通、调查面谈，落实反欺诈制度要求；
- 3.质量管控与风险合规管理及相关培训宣导工作；
- 4.开展反欺诈教育、培训、宣传等工作；
- 完成领导安排的部门其他辅助工作。
- 1.年龄：35周岁以下
- 2.学历：大学本科及以上学历
- 3.工作经验：有两年以上相关岗位工作经验
- 4.能力：熟悉EXCEL等相关办公软件的使用, 成熟、稳重。具有较强的事业心和企图心，沟通协调能力强
