Job Description & Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Senior PLM Solutions Architect to define and own target-state PLM architecture for client engagements, lead PLM to SAP S/4HANA integration design focusing on EBOM to MBOM handover, and act as the primary link between PwC India Digital Engineering and PwC Germany/Europe teams. The role requires deep expertise in PLM platforms, strong cross-functional collaboration, and leadership in joint solutioning, delivery, and capability building. Job Position Title: IN_Senior Manager_ Senior PLM Solutions Architect_OC Corporate_ Advisory_Pune Responsibilities: Define and own the target-state PLM architecture aligned with client business goals and technology roadmaps. Lead design and execution of PLM ↔ SAP S/4HANA integration with emphasis on EBOM to MBOM handover. Serve as the primary liaison between PwC India Digital Engineering and PwC Germany/Europe teams for joint solutioning, delivery, and capability building. Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery excellence. Provide architectural guidance to sales and delivery teams during pre-sales and project phases. Drive standardization and implement best practices in PLM architecture and integration. Mentor and develop technical talent within PLM and digital engineering functions. Mandatory skill sets: Expertise in PLM platforms such as Teamcenter, Windchill, 3DEXPERIENCE, and SAP PLM. In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration and EBOM/MBOM handover processes. Strong architectural and solution design capabilities for PLM and ERP integration. Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams, especially between India and Europe. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred skill sets: Experience working in multinational consulting or professional services environments. Proven track record of driving capability building and mentoring teams. Familiarity with digital engineering trends and emerging technologies. Years of experience required: 20 to 30 years Education qualification: Engineering Graduate
