About The Role

  • 1、根据公司发展战略及人才战略，搭建业务团队人才培养与发展体系，制定并推动各层级人才发展规划；
  • 2、负责业务培训项目的设计、开发，并推动运营落地；
  • 3、针对公司业务学院发展需求，开发培训内容，并推动课程授课、落地，跟踪培训效果；
  • 4、培养并发展内部管理类讲师，建立丰富的内部管理类讲师与导师资源。
  • 1、本科及以上学历，人力资源管理/工商管理等相关专业优先；
  • 2、5年以上大型企业相关人才发展和培训管理经验，能独立设计、实施人才培养与发展项目、讲授通用管理技能课程，具有人力资源从业背景；
  • 3、具有较强的创新能力、逻辑分析能力、项目管理能力和工作推动力，人际敏感度高，有具有较强的责任心、执行力与抗压能力。
