SAP FI/CO Consultant Senior (m/f/d)

Your Role in our Team As an SAP Inhouse Consultant Finance (CO/FI) , you play a key role in designing, optimizing, and driving modern finance processes, with a particular focus on SAP solutions. Working closely with business teams and IT colleagues across the company, you contribute to the delivery of high-quality IT services and products that support business success. With a strong agile mindset and a passion for shaping the future , you actively support the continuous development of finance processes and systems. You act as a trusted partner for business units, advising on end-to-end finance processes and their implementation in SAP CO and FI. You take ownership of cross-company projects, either as project lead or as a key contributor. You customize SAP solutions and perform functional and integration testing to ensure high-quality implementations. You translate business requirements into functional concepts and coordinate external service providers. You design and deliver user training sessions and provide support for the SAP Finance landscape in day-to-day operations. You actively contribute to the continuous improvement and modernization of the SAP environment. Your Profile Experience & Skills You hold a degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification. You bring several years (5+) of professional experience and a strong understanding of finance processes, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment. You have a passion for analyzing, modeling, and optimizing business processes. You have hands-on experience with project management methodologies and collaborative work in complex environments. You possess knowledge of SAP Finance, Controlling, and PS in both SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA environments. Ideally, you have experience working with modern Business Intelligence tools. You demonstrate strong communication skills in both German and English. You bring a team-oriented mindset, a strong service orientation, and the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholder groups. Additional Qualifications You are fluent in English; German language skills are highly welcome. You are willing to travel approximately 10%.
