About The Role

  • 工作职责：
  • 1、负责事业合伙门店从开业到运营期的运营扶持，协助门店进行异常处理；
  • 2、传递总部方针，推动中心内部项目执行落地/协同部门项目执行落地；
  • 3、执行公司对事业和合伙门店的各项流程标准，做好日常巡查，做好食安隐患排查；
  • 4、关注合伙人、进行氛围互动、人文关怀；
  • 5、完成体系内伙伴的培养、优化和事业发展规划。
  • 任职资格：
  • 1、5年以上大型茶饮加盟品牌督导工作经验；
  • 2、有较强的独立操作能力，有亲和力、感染力，有良好的协调能力和团队精神；
  • 3、语言表达能力强、普通话标准，可接受高频出差。
