Sales Development Program Assoc I

The Sales Development Associate I will develop a foundational understanding of being a salesperson at Wells. In year one, you will manage a territory and deliver on KPIs while building the skills and behaviors necessary to advance to other assignments/rotations within the Sales organization. Rotation two will be on our Category Management/Sales Analytics team. Rotation three will most likely be in a Business Development/Account Sales role.
