About The Role

  • 1、负责患者日常护理工作，包括生命体征监测、医嘱执行、发药、输液及各种基础护理操作。
  • 2、协助医师完成各项诊疗配合工作，做好术前准备、术后护理及病情观察记录。
  • 3、做好患者及家属的健康宣教与心理疏导，及时回应需求，维护良好的护患关系。
  • 4、严格执行院感管理制度，做好病房消毒隔离、医疗废物处理及药品器材管理。
  • 1、本科及以上学历，护理学相关专业，持有护士执业资格证书。
  • 2、熟练掌握基础护理操作及急救技能，能独立完成值班工作。
  • 3、亲和力强，有责任心，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
